Day comes and night falls. Every day we wake up with some new hope for the future. Every night we sleep regretting about the things that did not go well today. Every day, we make promise to ourselves to do something for a better life. However, as day starts we simply get lost in daily activities.

We are doing same things again and hoping for a better life. If we do same things every day, how can we suppose to get different result? Success does not come overnight. It takes constant effort and improvements.

Again, the answer is to do little every day. Analyze yourself and remind yourself the real purpose of your life before you going to bed every day. If you want to get ahead of crowd, learn to make at least slight improvements in daily life.

  2. Learn from mistakes: Everyone make mistakes but not everyone learn from it. It is human tendency to do the same things everyday to avoid the pain of un-comfort zone. At the end of the day, close your eyes and check what has gone wrong today. What mistake you have made and do you make this mistake constantly?

Or you were too busy to find happiness moments? Celebrate each little achievement and give rewards to yourself every day.

  4. Let it go: Last but not the least, let your mind be peaceful before sleep. There is no use of regretting for whatever happened today. Once you identify and learn from mistakes, just let it go and forgive your-self.
    Do you think about people who treated you bad today? Mahatma Gandhi said, “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong”. Accept as they are. Forgive them and move on. Do not give space to grudges, revenge and hatred in your mind. By thinking a lot about them, you simply waste your energy on the wrong things. As you still have a lot to accomplish in your life, why not to use your energy wisely on important things.
